◆ Fig. 02 · What we build
Every site includesthese ten things.
4-6 pages
Home, About, Services or Menu, Contact, plus 1-2 vertical-specific pages (Booking, Online Order, Gallery).
Your own domain
[yourbusiness].com.au — we help you register or transfer it. Hosting and SSL bundled into the monthly. You own the domain.
Mobile-first design
Most of your customers are on a phone. The site reads correctly at 375 pixels wide.
Booking widget embed
We embed your existing HotDoc, Square Appointments, or Calendly booking widget into a Book page. You bring the booking account; we wire it in. Custom booking engine setup is a paid Add-On.
Menu page or contact-form ordering
Restaurants and cafes get a clean menu page plus a contact form that emails orders direct to you. Full online ordering with a shopping cart, payment processing and inventory is a paid Add-On ($299 setup + $50 per month).
Photo gallery
We help you organise the photos you already have. If you need more, an iPhone in good daylight will get you there — clean backgrounds, natural light, steady hands.
Google Business Profile
Set up, claimed, and connected to your site. 4 GMB posts a month.
Contact form
Submissions emailed direct to you. No CAPTCHA hoops, no third-party plugins.
Vercel Analytics
Real visitor and conversion data. You see what's working.
Mobile speed
Optimised for mobile load times. Google Lighthouse Performance score 70+ as our baseline, with most builds landing higher.
◆ Fig. 03 · Included monthly
The $249 coverseverything that usually breaks.
- Hosting and SSL (no separate hosting bill)
- Domain registration assistance (you own the domain)
- 2 hours of content edits per month (rolling up to 4 max)
- 4 Google Business Profile posts a month
- Monthly performance report (1 page, plain English)
- Security patches and updates, all handled
Most clients use about 30-60 minutes of edit time a month. The 2-hour cap is generous, not stingy. Beyond 4 hours in a single month, it's $120 an hour billed in 15-minute increments.
◆ Fig. 04 · What's not included
Things we don't do,so you know up front.
Paid advertising
We don't run Facebook ads, Google ads, or boosted posts. We can refer you to someone who does.
Professional photography
We don't run shoots and don't subcontract photographers. Bring what you have — iPhone shots, supplier images, social media exports — and we'll work with it. If you decide to hire a photographer independently, that's between you and them.
Custom integrations beyond standard tools
Standard integrations (HotDoc, Square, Stripe, Resend) are included. Anything bespoke (custom CRM, niche platforms) is quoted separately.
E-commerce stores
The monthly covers a menu page and a contact form that emails enquiries direct. Full online ordering (shopping cart, payment processing, inventory) is a paid Add-On at $299 setup and $50 a month. Shopify-style multi-warehouse stores with shipping rules aren't what we build — that's a different agency.
Logo design
If you don't have a logo, we can recommend a freelance designer. Typical cost: $300-$600.
Translation
All sites are English. If you need a second-language version of your site, we can scope that as an add-on.
