The monthly fee is structured so we can deliver consistently — content edits, GMB posts, monthly performance reports, security patches, ongoing optimisation. Every month. Every client. Same standard.
Most agencies front-load the work at launch then go quiet. We don't. The monthly fee exists because the work doesn't stop after Day 7 — and the price reflects what consistent operations actually require.
For prospects worried about upfront cash flow: we'll split the $299 setup across three months. For Year 2 prospects with simpler scope: we offer a reduced-scope tier with fewer included edits. The monthly stays the monthly.
If a monthly invoice fails (expired card, etc.), the site stays live for 7 days while we sort it out. We email you within 24 hours of the failure with a link to update payment.
After 7 days with no resolution, the site shows a static maintenance page with your contact info still visible. After 14 days, the site comes offline. We don't lock you out of your domain — you keep it.
