◆ Section 01 · Timeline + delivery

How fast we build, what happens if you don't love it, what changes monthly.

01
How fast can you build my website?
Live within 14 days of us receiving everything we need from you — your intake form, business info, photos, hours, and login access. The build itself takes 5-7 days. The rest is one round of revisions and final deployment. If you turn the intake form and revisions around quickly, the site can be live in under 10 days. If photos and approvals take longer, the timeline stretches with you.
02
What if I don't like the first version?
You get one round of revisions included. Tell us what to change in plain English — 'the colour is too dark,' 'I want my photos higher up,' 'the booking button needs to be bigger' — and we change it. If you need a second round, that's $120 an hour.
03
What if I want to change things every month?
The monthly $249 includes 2 hours of content edits a month — hours, prices, photos, new services, seasonal menu changes. If you have a particularly busy update month, we'll roll up to 4 hours. Beyond that, $120 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Most clients use about 30-60 minutes a month.
04
What if I want to start tomorrow?
Book a 20-minute call this week. If we're a fit, you pay the $299 setup, and the build starts the next business day. Most builds are designed to go live within 14 days of intake — sooner if your intake form, photos, and approvals come back fast.
◆ Section 02 · Pricing + what's included

The full price, what the monthly covers, what's not included.

01
What about hosting? Domain? SSL?
Hosting (on Vercel's global network) and SSL (the secure padlock) are bundled into the $249. Domain registration assistance is also included — we walk you through registering a new .com.au if you don't have one, or transferring an existing one. You own the domain at all times; the renewal invoice (typically $15-30/year) comes from the registrar in your name.
02
What if my business changes — new services, a second location?
Tell us. Small adds (a new service, a new staff member, updated hours) fit inside the monthly 2 hours. Big changes (a whole new vertical, e-commerce, a second location with its own page) we quote separately. Most clients never hit a 'big change' requiring a separate quote.
03
What's NOT included?
Paid advertising, professional photography, logo design, translation into a second language, e-commerce stores with inventory and shipping, custom integrations beyond standard booking and ordering tools.
04
Will I need to provide photos?
Yes. Photos of your work (nail art, dishes, your team, your space) are what make the site feel like yours. An iPhone and good daylight is enough for most builds — clean backgrounds, a steady hand, and natural light will carry you a long way. Older photos, supplier shots, and existing social media exports all work too. Send what you've got and we'll work with it.
◆ Section 03 · Ownership + cancellation

What you own, when you can cancel, what happens at month 12.

01
Do I own the website?
You own your domain name. You own all photos, copy, and content. You don't own the underlying code (it's on our master template), but everything you'd actually want — domain, content, photo files, customer enquiries — is yours. If you ever cancel, we hand you everything within 7 business days.
02
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time after the 12-month minimum. 30 days notice. We hand over your domain, photos, and content; the site comes offline at the end of the notice period. During the 12-month minimum, the early termination fee is the unrecovered portion of your setup fee (pro-rated over the 12 months) plus any unpaid monthly fees up to that point, capped at 50% of the remaining monthly fees or 6 months of fees, whichever is less, and never more than what you've already paid us in total. The full math lives in the contract. The structure is what makes the $249 pricing work.
03
What happens after the 12-month minimum?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The $249 a month keeps going on a rolling month-to-month basis. If you want to cancel, 30 days notice. If you want to renegotiate scope (a bigger site, a second location, a higher tier), we can talk about that whenever you're ready.
◆ Section 04 · Scope + geography

Who we build for, who we don't, where we work.

01
Do you do trades, construction, or auto repair?
No. Trades, construction, and auto repair are out of scope because the customer profile and support load are wrong for this model. Everything else is welcome. Our four core verticals are beauty and wellness, restaurants and cafés, allied health, and specialty retail, but we'll build for any business outside the three exclusions if there's a fit.
02
Do you work outside Sydney?
Currently no. Year 1 is inner Sydney, postcode 2000 plus 10km radius. Year 2 we expand to Western Sydney (Parramatta, Auburn, Fairfield, Liverpool). Year 3+ we'll go remote into Melbourne and Brisbane. If you're outside Sydney and want to be on the waitlist, drop us an email.
03
Can I see real client work?
Right now the portfolio sites are demonstration builds — fictional businesses with the design system and feature set we ship. Once we've signed our first 3-5 clients, the portfolio will show real work with permission. Until then, the demonstration sites and Martin's 15 years operating B2B marketing agencies are the trust signals.
04
Why is the agency named NAEMA?
NAEMA is the brand umbrella for several things Martin is building. NAEMA Agency is the services arm — small-business websites in inner Sydney. The other parts of the brand are separate businesses with separate audiences. Whatever else you might find under the NAEMA name isn't relevant to the agency.
