Hadley publishes the workshop log every fortnight. Each job is identified by reference number only — the owner is named in private correspondence, never on the public diary.

Edmund works at the bench six days a week. There is no apprentice on the books. There has never been a junior watchmaker on a Hadley service ticket.
First contact is by email or phone. Edmund returns enquiries personally within two working days. Reception of pieces for service is Tuesdays only, 10:00 — 14:00. Estate consignment is by private appointment, weekday afternoons.
