The Newtown bouquet
Garden roses from a Robertson farm, snapdragons, sweet pea and seasonal foliage. Wrapped in unbleached kraft paper. Different every Tuesday.
One window, one workbench, and a small fridge that holds whatever is in season. We arrange a fortnightly bouquet for the neighbourhood, run weekend weddings on Saturdays, and close the shop on Mondays for sleep.

A small one-handed posy for the corner of a desk, kitchen bench, or the side table by the front door. About fourteen stems. Whatever is freshest at five am.
A bigger, deeper arrangement for a birthday, anniversary, or a thank-you to someone who has earned it. Up to forty stems, foliage-led.
Brick & Branch opened on a Tuesday in March 2017, in the corner shop between the second-hand bookshop and the dry cleaner. The window is the original. The fridge is the original. The plywood workbench is the original.
We buy from the same five Robertson and Bilpin growers most weeks. We do not import. We do not airfreight. If it has been on a plane in the last forty-eight hours, it is not for sale here.
For people who want the shop to do the thinking. Three subscription tiers, deliverable in inner-west Sydney by hand each Wednesday. Skip a delivery any time. Cancel after the third without question.
We take on twenty weddings per year, no more. One per Saturday, never two. The shop closes to walk-ins from 1pm Friday until 9am Sunday so we can give your day the room it needs.
Briefings are by Zoom or in the shop, on Tuesday afternoons. Proposals are written by hand and emailed within a week. Deposits are 30%. No payment until you are sure.
