A small batch coffee roaster & retail shop on Bourke Street.
An anaerobic-washed gesha lot from the Bayter family farm in Tolima — the standout coffee of our autumn buying trip.
Notes of blueberry, lemon zest and bergamot. Light roast, designed for filter brewing.
Bright blackcurrant and molasses sweetness with a long, juicy finish. Brews beautifully as filter or espresso.
Our signature blend — rounded, balanced, designed for milk drinks. Caramel, dark chocolate, almond.
A decaf that actually tastes like coffee. Stone fruit, cocoa, soft caramel finish.
We roast every Tuesday on a 1996 Probat UG-15, restored by hand in 2017. The shop opens at the front of the same room. You can watch the beans cool while you order a flat white.
Retail bags are vacuum-sealed within four hours of roasting. Subscriptions ship every fortnight on Wednesday.
Choose your bean, your roast level, and your grind. We ship every second Wednesday. Cancel any time.
