One foot at a time, twelve to fourteen days.
The orthotic industry has gone the other way — overseas factories, libraries of "close-enough" shells, six-week turnarounds. Sole Studio went the opposite direction.
Each pair is scanned on the in-room pressure plate, prescribed against gait video and treadmill assessment, and finished by hand in the back room. Twelve to fourteen days, every pair. We have not sent a single shell offshore since opening in 2022.
