Nutrition that respects how you actually eat.

A small clinical dietetics practice on the long room above the bookshop. We work on gut symptoms, hormone patterns, and the meal habits that quietly run a life. No meal plans handed down on day one.

— Three recent rooms

What a few months in the practice looks like.

No. 01
Gut symptoms

Six months of FODMAP without the deprivation.

Newtown bookseller, 38, eight years of bloating mistaken for "stress". Structured low-FODMAP reintroduction over six weeks, food-diary review every fortnight, hydrogen breath test arranged through GP.

— Twelve foods reintroduced, bloating down 70%.
No. 02
Perimenopause

Sleep, energy and twelve weeks of bone-loading.

Pyrmont teacher, 47, plateaued energy and night-wakes. Protein retiming, magnesium-rich evening meal, four weight-bearing meals across the week. Strength training scheduled with her physio.

— Energy stable by week eight, sleep solid by week ten.
No. 03
IBS & histamine

A diet that lives in the real world.

Annandale architect, 33, histamine-pattern IBS aggravated by wine and aged cheese. Three-week elimination, structured reintroduction, plus a printable "going out" card to use with restaurants.

— Flares from 4/wk to 1/wk, no further restriction needed.
